Old Business:

  • Voting - the Bookkeeper position was Tabled at the February Meeting. Review and Discussion was requested by several Board Members to Vote on continuing this position in addition to the Treasure and Accountant or Terminating having a paid Independent Contractor as a Bookkeeper.
  • Firewood – implement campers getting wood directly from the shed and who will volunteer to be responsible for installing signage on the shed? Arranging payment to the supplier.
  • Radios – review replacement & pricing – Connor Wagner & Cora Berchem
  • Native Plant Project for the Thursby House – Kay Hallum & Connor Wagner Request to add $250 to the budget for the purchase of plants. Kay was working on the grant for this project, but with the cost being so low she felt it was not feasible to push the grant through.
