Bank accounts or Line Items in spreadsheet

The idea is to separate out our operating expenses from funds available for projects (what percentage of general donation?)
If we go with separate bank accounts, we have to maintain $5k in each account to avoid fees. Alternatively can utilize line items in the budget spreadsheet (Ron Woxberg & Stacey can do that)

*Committees and how they function (membership, fundraising (bingo, manatee ramp, bricks), events (parade, manatee fest, fireflies), newsletter,

Review who is on each committee (do we have balance? Cautious and bold? This will help the committee address issues ahead of time instead of prolonged discussions during regular CSO meetings)
Utilize subcommittees for events (especially fundraising) so that members of fundraising committee aren’t doing everything!
Subcommittees and committees report back ahead of meetings (the Wednesday before?) and report is then sent to membership for consideration, Progress report, action items, Q&A and voting, etc.)
Chair of the committee makes sure reports are sent in
