Every Wednesday at 6:30pm The Friends of Blue Spring State Park host Manatee BINGO! Bingo takes place at Riverwalk Pizzeria and Blue Springs Brewing. We are always looking for volunteers to help out. Click the button on the left to become a volunteer!

Lyonia Wildlife Festival
Where? Lyonia Environmental Center
When? February 22nd 9am - 3pm
Find the Friends of Blue Springs State Park at the Lyonia Wildlife Festival! This festival includes Florida wildlife presentations, environmental displays, children’s activities, guided hikes, and eco-buggy tours. Scrub Jay Walks
This is a guided hiking tour where we will trek through about 0.25 miles of scrub to look for our iconic Florida Scrub Jay. Visitors should be prepared with water, sunscreen, bug spray, and closed-toe shoes. Most of the hike is on soft sand.

Join us as we guide you through one of our most unique habitats, the Florida scrub, which is vital for many rare species and benefits water conservation. Be on the lookout for some of our park's residents including the Florida scrub jay and gopher tortoise.

Junior Ranger Program
Where? Blue Spring State Park

4:30pm - 5:30 pm
For this month's program, we will make Blue Spring crafts that the Junior Rangers can take home to enjoy.
