38th ANNUAL MANATEE FESTIVAL   Dates: January 28th-29th, 2023 Times: Open to public 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday Location:  Valentine Park - 1511 W French Ave, Orange City, FL  The Festival is a Fund Raiser for the Orange City Community.
