Nature Journaling Classes - Firefly
Bring your journal and join us for an evening of nature journaling with the fireflies!
Participants will learn about fireflies and work on a few types of nature journal entries.
This program is geared toward adults but is open to anyone who is interested!"

Every Wednesday at 6:30pm The Friends of Blue Spring State Park host Manatee BINGO! Bingo takes place at Riverwalk Pizzeria and Blue Springs Brewing. We are always looking for volunteers to help out. Click the button to become a volunteer!

Junior Ranger Firefly Program
For this month's program, we invite you to enjoy the magic of the Firefly Nights free of charge! Please register at the link and we will waive the $14 After Hours Pass cost for your vehicle.
Meet at: Blue Spring State Park Roadside Pavilion

Scrub Jay Walk
This is a guided hiking tour where we will trek through about 0.25 miles of scrub to look for our iconic Florida Scrub Jay. Visitors should be prepared with water, sunscreen, bug spray, and closed-toe shoes. Most of the hike is on soft sand.
Meet at: Blue Spring State Park Ranger Station

Firefly Rolling Hike
On select dates during Firefly Nights, two All-Terrain Tracked Chairs will be available for any guest! The chairs will allow interested part guests to see the fireflies in a unique way along the path behind the Thursby house!

Halloween at "Boo" Spring
Check out some of the fun from this year’s Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Celebration! Even though the full event was adjusted from the effects of the hurricane, we had a great time! Thanks to everyone who came out and made this event a blast
